First level maintenance of machine tool:

1. Disassemble, clean and repair some parts according to the equipment conditions;

2. Properly adjust the fitting clearance of each part;

3. Clean the felt, oil line and oil filter, clean the oil circuit and pipeline, add enough lubricating oil and grease, make up all kinds of defects and remove the yellow robe;

4. Adjust and repair all operating mechanisms, various iron stops and limit switches of the equipment to be sensitive and reliable, and clean and repair various dust-proof, chip proof and devices to a complete state.
